Who is This Retreat For?
Any couple who is expecting a baby. You don’t have to be at a particular stage of pregnancy or be planning a particular type of birth.
And – you don’t need to have prior yoga experience or prowess! The intentionality of calm and connection infuses the weekend and everything will be made tailored to the unique group of couples.
You need to consider joining us if:
You want time to rest, relax, and connect before baby arrives.
You need to get away from the busyness of day to day life to make space for pregnancy, each other, and what’s to come.
You are curious about how yoga and conversational practices can support your birth preparation.
You want to meet other couples going through the journey.
You crave being fully taken care of for a whole weekend!
You’ve probably already guessed: this is not your regular yoga retreat. Our vibes are…
Spaciousness.
The schedule is not jam packed. There is time to rest and cuddle, walk and soak in the fresh air and explore the inner journey. There is space away from the pressures of day-to-day life to truly breathe.

Opportunities for connection with yourself, your baby, or each other! There will be guided conversations, as well as lots of opportunities over meals and around the property to get to know the other couples.
The Yoga
A highlight of the retreat is our signature Yoga for Birth workshop for couples. We deep dive into how yoga can support you as a team to prepare for labour and birth, and you will leave with heaps of practical yoga-inspired tools and techniques to take with you.
In addition, each morning there will be a gentle, flowing yoga class to help you stretch, wake up, and land in your body. Afternoon classes will be more focused on rest, relaxation and connection.
The Food
How good will it be to be cooked for… for a whole weekend! Nourishing and varied vegetarian meals, snacks, and treats will be provided throughout your stay.
Think hearty and varied, fresh and filling - yet easy to digest for pregnant and non-pregnant bodies! These meals are included:
