Like "Mums and Bubs" - but more focused on you, and more focused on yoga. Classes are a safe and inclusive space for mindful movement and connection: with yourself, your baby, and your community.
Classes run as 4-week series. Book the whole series for maximum benefit and savings, or do a drop-in class. Next round is on Thursdays 10:45am on June 12, 19, 26, and July 3.

These cute online yoga sessions are focused on connection with baby, mindful awareness, and healthy movement for you. Some classes are more calm and gentle, others are more playful and dynamic. Choose what feels right to you and your baby.
Yoga with Baby In-Person
Have a special baby in your life? Yoga with Baby is a loving commitment to yourself, to movement, and to spending mindful time with your baby. Classes are suitable for postpartum recovery, and I guide you to adapt around health concerns. They’re also an amazing opportunity to connect with other parents!
Babies of all ages are welcome; any parent or carer can attend.
