General classes…

Slow Flow

These classes are most similar to Hatha yoga, the foundation of most modern yoga traditions. It is slow and steady, focussed on balancing the body and mind. A perfect class for yoga beginners!

Flow + Yin

The best of both worlds. The first half of class is dynamic and flowing, warming and strengthening. We then slow it down with some stretchy yin yoga for a well-rounded practice and restored, relaxed result.

Vinyasa Flow

Flow yoga is a dynamic physical practice infused with principles of Vinyasa yoga. A class involves flowing with the breath, as well as slower and more still moments to warm up and wind down.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a restful yet powerful guided meditation practice. It is usually combined with our yin or restorative classes.

Yin

With influences from traditional Chinese medicine, yin yoga is slow and stretchy. Postures are held for anywhere from 3-10 minutes to access deeper connective tissue and balance the body and emotions.

Restorative

Restorative yoga involves supporting the body with plenty of props to find deep comfort and relaxation Postures are held for anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes. Another great class for beginners!
