Mother Yoga

Yoga is how I support myself in my motherhood.

From postpartum recovery to emotional regulation, yoga has got my back. Even though yoga is thousands of years old, it has so much to offer us in our modern motherhood - and I want to share that with you.

MOTHER YOGA is a yoga class: like most of my yoga offerings, it includes elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Womb Yoga. There is movement, mindful breathing, relaxation, and snippets of meditation and yoga philosophy.

MOTHER YOGA is also more than a yoga class. Sessions are designed with mothers in mind. With YOU in mind. We focus on:

  • mental and physical strengthening

  • deep relaxation

  • meaningful connection with ourselves and other mothers in the room

  • practical applications of yoga in daily motherhood
