After a trying conception journey, I was thrilled to be pregnant. But then, I was shocked how uncomfortable and vulnerable I felt.

Pregnancy yoga was my saving grace. It soothed and helped me connect with my achy, foreign-feeling body. It offered me tools for softening, relaxing, and surrendering. And it made me feel strong and capable leading up to and during birth.
